This guide will help you to choose a new GUMOTEX mattress by means of several important criteria: Choose the side matching your age: up to 40 years, including / 40 plus. In the wheel, select your body weight and the corresponding mattress stiffness. In the box related to your body height, you will fin a group of four mattresses designed just for you. The mattresses are always ordered so that the first, highlighted positions are the ones that will best suit your requirements.

Gumotex, a.s., extends the standard two-year guarantee to 5 years for you.

As long as proper use and maintenance instructions are observed, the manufacturer provides a product quality guarantee period of 60 months after sale. The guarantee does not cover mattress wear due to normal use. If your product has a fault in workmanship or material, please lodge a claim with the shop where you bought it. Please present a confirmed guarantee certificate and a proof of payment when lodging a claim. Claims on mattresses will not be accepted without verifiable proofs of purchase.
Each claimed mattress has to be properly cleaned, rid of any dirt, and wholesome as per general hygiene principles. The mattress has to be packaged suitably to prevent further damage and soiling.

Shop risk-free. When buying an Artemis BIO, Médea Plus, Gaia, Olympia, Fortuna Bio, or Kallisto Smart mattress, make use of the option to test your new mattress fully at home for three nights. This will mean you can be really sure of making a correct choice. In case the mattress we recommend does not satisfy you, you can return it without stating any reason within 3 days of purchase, excluding the day of purchase. For the three-night testing, the mattress comes with a protective cover, made of non-woven fabric with a zip fastener and a plastic seal attached to the zip fastener.

- The mattress has to be returned/delivered back to the shop where it had been bought.

- The mattress has to be returned undamaged, unsoiled, and completely wrapped in the PE (polyethylene) sheet in which you had bought it. Any costs of delivering a mattress to the shop where it had been bought are borne by the customer. Remember that the mattress has to be returned to the shop inside its protective cover with the seal on the cover zip fastener unbroken.

- You will be given your money back for the mattress upon presenting the original proof of purchase; the returned amount will be reduced by CZK 200, being a handling and cancellation fee. The proof of purchase - the bill - will remain in the shop along with the returned mattress.

- On the mattress purchase day, the shop clerk has to complete the Guarantee Certificate with the date by which the mattress has to be returned, if so desired, in the DD.MM.YYYY format.
